At Adventure Grown Guides, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and trips may need to be cancelled. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible while allowing us to continue providing high-quality immersive outdoor experiences.

If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

-If cancellation occurs 14 days or more prior to the trip, a full refund (100%) will be issued.

-If cancellation occurs between 5-14 days prior to the trip, a 50% refund will be issued.

-If cancellation occurs less than 5 days prior to the trip, no refund will be issued.

-If we cancel a trip due to weather-related safety concerns we may offer either a rescheduled trip or a full refund.

We understand that unforseen circumstances may arise, and we will work with you to find a solution whenever possible. However, please note that our guides and staff prepare extensively for each trip, and last-minute cancellations can result in significant losses for our small business.
